DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?
During the request process in the shopping cart, you’ll be prompted to either "log in", "register now", or "continue as guest". Creating an account is not required (recommended mainly for frequent buyers). You may proceed as a guest and submit your selected items as a non-binding inquiry. All further communication will take place via email.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
Yes. Please note that due to the elaborate manufacturing process, a minimum order value of €250 (excluding shipping costs) is required. If your shopping cart total falls below this amount, the inquiry cannot be completed. In that case, please add more items or increase the quantity of your selected products.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Once your order/inquiry has been reviewed, our team will send you a non-binding pro forma invoice outlining the exact shipping costs. A single package may typically weigh up to 25 kg. If your order needs to be shipped in multiple parcels, additional charges such as customs duties and fees may apply accordingly.

CAN I BUY JUST ONE ITEM, SUCH AS A SINGLE TEA CUP?
Some items, such as dinner plates or tea cup sets, are generally sold only in gift boxes—for example, a set of 6 tea cups with 6 matching saucers. Please refer to the available quantity increments shown under the "Quantity" button on the product detail page. If you’re looking to replace a broken item from your collection, feel free to contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you quickly and without complication.
