ORDERING

1. PLEASE COLLECT EVERYTHING you wish to request or order from our online shop in your shopping cart, observing the minimum order value of EUR 250.00  (excluding shipping costs), and complete the submission process to us. Feel free to use the comment field for any questions or requests.
   
   
   
2. PROFORMA INVOICE After receiving your request, our team will send you a still non-binding proforma invoice including additional details regarding the exact delivery time and applicable shipping costs. Please note that this process may take several hours or, depending on the time of day, until the next business day.
   
   
   
3. ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED the proforma invoice and payment has been received via bank transfer only, we will normally begin production immediately. 
   
   
   
4. PRODUCTION TIME Due to the complexity of some production steps, the manufacturing process may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks, and in very rare exceptional cases up to 4 or 5 weeks.
   
   
   

LOGO / CUSTOMIZATION / PERSONALIZATION
Starting from a minimum order value of EUR 2,000, you can have your FALKENPORZELLAN product refined with your coat of arms or logo in gold or platinum for an additional charge, making it truly unique. Please use the comment field in the shopping cart for such requests or send us an email with your requirements.

LARGE ORDERS / PARTNERSHIP
If your planned shop order exceeds the usual scope, if you're planning to supply an oriental wedding, or if you would like to become an exclusive partner of FALKENPORZELLAN, simply contact us via our business contacts.

SHIPPING

GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipping within Germany and the EU takes only a few days. For shipments outside the EU or worldwide, delays due to customs procedures in the destination country may result in additional days or even up to 3 weeks or more. Therefore, please make sure to order well in advance if you need your delivery by a specific date. With the tracking number you receive, you will always know where your shipment is currently located.

SHIPPING COSTS
After reviewing your order, our team will send you a proforma invoice. This will include a detailed breakdown of the shipping costs. A single package may generally weigh up to 25 kg. If your order needs to be split into multiple packages, additional costs such as customs duties and fees may apply accordingly.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY
Together with our logistics partners, we do everything possible to ensure that your FALKENPORZELLAN products are delivered safely worldwide. However, please note that we may be bound by political embargoes and reserve the right not to deliver to war zones or regions affected by political unrest, should our shipping partners exclude these destinations.
